Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Accountant with expertise in Tally ERP and Stock Handling to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience and be skilled in accounting, financial reporting, stock management, and taxation processes. This role is based at MIDC Taloja, Navi Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:
Accounting using Tally ERP:

Maintain financial records (ledgers, journals, trial balances) and generate financial reports.
Perform month-end and year-end closing procedures.
Prepare profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
Stock & Inventory Management:

Track inventory movements and ensure accurate stock records.
Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
GST and Taxation:

Calculate and file GST returns and maintain tax records.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with audits.
Accounts Payable & Receivable:

Handle vendor payments, invoices, receipts, and follow up on outstanding dues.
Reconciliation:

Reconcile bank accounts, vendor accounts, and other financial records to ensure accuracy.
Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain organized financial records and reports.
Communicate with vendors, clients, and management for smooth financial operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Tally ERP Expertise: Strong working knowledge of Tally software for accounting and stock management.
Stock Management: Prior experience with inventory management, stock audits, and stock valuation.
Accounting & Tax Knowledge: Understanding of accounting principles and GST filing.
Reconciliation Skills: Ability to reconcile financial accounts and resolve discrepancies.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail in maintaining accurate financial records.
Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with internal teams and external vendors.

Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
Certification in Tally ERP is preferred.
Additional knowledge in GST and stock management would be advantageous.

Job Location: MIDC Taloja, Navi Mumbai (Well-connected industrial area)
Weekly Off: Friday
Salary: Up to ₹32,000/month (commensurate with experience)
