Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1-3 years of accounting experience and be proficient in financial management and reporting. The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Responsibilities:
– Prepare financial statements and reports.
– Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy of financial data.
– Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
– Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
– Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
– Analyze financial data and provide insights to help improve financial performance.
– Assist with audits and tax preparation.
– Identify and resolve financial discrepancies.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
– 1-3 years of accounting experience.
– Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Excellent attention to detail.
– Knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
– Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.
– Experience with financial management software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
