Job Description:
DARSHAN B SHAH & ASSOCIATES is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Executive to support daily accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, good analytical skills, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accounting records and financial documents
• Assist in preparing invoices, vouchers, and payment records
• Perform data entry and bookkeeping activities
• Reconcile accounts and maintain ledgers
• Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance work
• Prepare financial reports and MIS as required
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients for accounting matters
• Assist in day-to-day finance and administrative activities
Required Skills:
• Accounting and Bookkeeping
• Tally ERP / Tally Prime
• MS Office (Word, Excel)
• Data Entry and Record Management
• GST and Basic Taxation Knowledge
• Attention to Detail
• Communication and Organizational Skills
• Time Management
Eligibility:
• B.Com / M.Com Preferred
