Job Overview:
We are hiring a dedicated Account Assistant with working knowledge of Tally to support day-to-day accounting operations. The candidate should have prior experience in handling basic accounts and documentation tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage data entry and maintain accurate financial records in Tally
Assist in daily bookkeeping, billing, and invoice generation
Handle accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
Support senior accountants in preparing reports and statements
Maintain files and financial documentation in a systematic manner
Key Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in accounting
Proficiency in Tally ERP is mandatory
Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
Good organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
