PVT Bank is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Account Acquisition Manager to drive new account openings and build strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, knowledge of banking products, and the ability to achieve business targets through effective customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Acquire new customers and open current and savings accounts
• Generate leads through various channels and convert prospects into customers
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable banking products
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets
• Conduct customer meetings and explain banking services
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth account opening processes
• Follow compliance guidelines and banking procedures
• Track market trends and identify new business opportunities
