KALAPURNAM INSTITUTE is looking for a responsible and hardworking Peon to support daily office operations and maintain a clean and organized workplace. The ideal candidate should be punctual, disciplined, and willing to perform general office duties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain cleanliness of the office premises
• Assist with office errands and daily tasks
• Deliver files, documents, and other materials within the office
• Serve refreshments to staff and visitors when required
• Assist in arranging meeting rooms and office supplies
• Handle photocopying, filing, and document distribution
• Support administrative staff with routine office work
• Perform other office-related duties as assigned
