Job Description:
DIPC Software is looking for an experienced Human Resources Associate to manage HR operations and support employee-related activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, knowledge of HR processes, and the ability to handle recruitment, employee coordination, and administrative tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes
• Source, screen, and schedule interviews with candidates
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Support onboarding and employee engagement activities
• Handle HR policies and procedures
• Coordinate with departments for workforce requirements
• Assist in payroll and attendance management
• Resolve employee queries and provide HR support
• Prepare HR reports and maintain HR databases
• Support performance management activities
