SilverXis Inc is looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter to join the team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the US recruitment process, sourcing techniques, and experience in hiring IT professionals for various technologies and domains.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source and recruit IT professionals for the US market
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
• Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
• Coordinate interview schedules with clients and candidates
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
• Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer management
• Maintain recruitment databases and candidate records
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Ensure timely closures while meeting client expectations
