IDFC FIRST BANK is looking for a motivated and customer-focused CASA Profile to join its banking team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to build strong customer relationships while handling banking products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Acquire new Current Account and Savings Account customers
• Generate leads and achieve CASA acquisition targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Explain banking products and services to customers
• Conduct customer visits and follow up on leads
• Assist customers with account opening processes
• Maintain customer records and documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery
• Promote banking solutions and financial products
• Ensure customer satisfaction and support
