About the Role
The Mapstores.com is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Executive cum Telecaller to generate leads, connect with potential customers, and drive sales through effective communication. The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills, a persuasive approach, and a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to generate leads and promote products or services.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert inquiries into sales.
Handle customer queries, provide product information, and maintain strong relationships.
Maintain accurate call records, customer databases, and sales reports.
Achieve assigned sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
Required Skills
Strong communication, telecalling, and customer relationship management skills.
Experience in lead generation, cold calling, follow-ups, and sales conversion.
Ability to explain products/services effectively and handle customer queries professionally.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and maintaining call records and customer databases.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, target-oriented, and time management skills.
Eligibility
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred.
Up to 3 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
