Job Description:
The Ledger Squad Accounting is looking for a dedicated and organized HR Coordinator to support day-to-day human resource operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and experience in recruitment, employee coordination, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process and schedule interviews
• Assist with employee onboarding and induction activities
• Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR databases
• Coordinate attendance, leave records, and HR documentation
• Support payroll and employee engagement activities
• Communicate with candidates and employees regarding HR-related matters
• Coordinate with department heads for hiring requirements and HR operations
• Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential employee information
• Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures
• Support day-to-day HR administrative activities
