About the Role
Saraswat Bank is looking for enthusiastic Relationship Managers (RM) and Sales Managers (SM) to strengthen customer relationships and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets while delivering excellent banking services.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable banking products and services.
Generate leads, acquire new customers, and achieve assigned sales targets.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement.
Coordinate with internal teams to provide timely and effective customer support.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of sales, business development, and client relationship management.
Experience in lead generation, customer acquisition, and achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build long-term client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, time management, and target-oriented mindset.
Eligibility
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 6 months of experience in sales, banking, or customer relationship management.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to learn and grow in the banking sector.
