Job Description:
Vankal Power LLP is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Head Accountant to oversee the company’s accounting operations, financial reporting, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, in-depth accounting knowledge, and the ability to manage financial processes efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and financial transactions
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements
• Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and cash flow management
• Coordinate with auditors and support internal and external audits
• Ensure accurate maintenance of ledgers and accounting records
• Review financial statements and identify areas for improvement
• Lead and guide the accounting team in daily operations
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
Required Skills:
• Advanced Accounting and Bookkeeping
• Financial Reporting and Analysis
• GST, TDS, and Tax Compliance
• Budgeting and Financial Planning
• Bank Reconciliation
• Tally ERP / Tally Prime & MS Excel
• Audit Coordination and Compliance
Eligibility:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com, CA Inter, or a Relevant Field Preferred
• 3–5 Years of Experience in Accounting
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
