Job Description:
ManekTech is looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead software development projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, project management expertise, and excellent leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, manage, and deliver software development projects from initiation to completion
• Coordinate with clients, developers, designers, and QA teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
• Monitor project progress and ensure on-time delivery within budget
• Implement Agile and Scrum methodologies for effective project management
• Identify project risks, resolve issues, and manage change requests
• Track project performance and prepare regular status reports
• Ensure compliance with SDLC processes and quality standards
• Conduct project meetings and maintain clear communication with stakeholders
• Mentor project teams and drive continuous process improvement
