EncodeDots is looking for an experienced AI/ML Developer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI-powered applications and machine learning models. The candidate should have strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and data-driven solution development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deploy machine learning and AI models
• Perform data preprocessing and feature engineering
• Train, evaluate, and optimize ML models for production
• Build AI-powered applications using modern frameworks and tools
• Implement Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative AI solutions
• Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights
• Integrate AI models with web and cloud-based applications
• Monitor model performance and improve prediction accuracy
• Maintain technical documentation and follow coding best practices
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning
Required Skills:
• Python Programming
• Machine Learning Algorithms and Model Development
• Deep Learning Frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Data Preprocessing and Feature Engineering

Eligibility:
• Graduate in IT / Computer Science Preferred
• 4 Years of Experience
• Strong AI and Machine Learning development expertise required
