About the Role
SpryBit is looking for a creative and passionate Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, branding, and visual storytelling, with the ability to create engaging digital and print creatives that align with business and marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Design creative graphics for social media, websites, marketing campaigns, and branding materials.
Create banners, brochures, presentations, and other promotional assets.
Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to deliver visually appealing designs.
Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and digital assets while maintaining brand consistency.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and creative techniques.
Required Skills
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma.
Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and visual design principles.
Experience designing social media creatives, marketing materials, web graphics, and UI assets.
Knowledge of image editing, layout design, and print/digital production standards.
Strong creativity, attention to detail, communication, and time management skills.
Eligibility
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
0–3 years of experience in graphic design or visual communication.
Strong portfolio showcasing creative design projects.
Familiarity with current design trends and digital marketing creatives.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
