SpryBit is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute result-driven digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SEO, paid advertising, social media marketing, content strategy, and performance marketing to drive brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
Manage SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize marketing ROI.
Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to execute marketing initiatives.
Stay updated with digital marketing trends and implement best practices.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and Social Media Marketing.
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Meta Ads Manager.
Proficiency in content marketing, email marketing, and campaign management.
Understanding of lead generation, conversion optimization, and performance marketing.
Excellent analytical, communication, and team management skills.
Eligibility
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
6–8 years of experience in digital marketing and campaign management.
Proven experience in managing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
Strong analytical mindset with experience in marketing performance reporting.
Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects effectively.
