Job Title – Senior Manager

Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and responsible Senior Manager – Operations to
oversee day-to-day operations of training programs, student lifecycle management,
placement coordination, and internal team processes. The candidate will ensure smooth
execution of training batches, student management, and placement activities while
improving overall operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1. Training Operations Management
• Oversee daily operations of training batches (IT & Non-IT courses)
• Coordinate with trainers for schedules, attendance, and course delivery
• Ensure smooth execution of live projects and internship programs
• Monitor batch performance and student progress
2. Student Lifecycle Management
• Oversee complete student journey: Enquiry → Admission → Training →
Placement
• Ensure proper onboarding and documentation
• Maintain student data, attendance, and performance reports
3. Placement & Career Support Coordination
• Coordinate with placement team for interviews and job opportunities
• Support resume building, mock interviews, and job portal activities
• Track placement records and placement success ratio
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring companies
4. Team Coordination & Leadership
• Lead coordination between trainers, counselors, and placement team
• Conduct regular meetings and monitor task completion
• Ensure accountability and smooth communication across departments
5. Process & System Implementation
• Improve operational workflows and standard processes• Implement systems for batch tracking, student performance, and placement
tracking
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting standards
6. Reporting & Performance Monitoring
• Prepare daily and weekly reports: admissions, active students, and placement
status
• Analyze operational data to improve conversion and placement ratio
• Share regular operational updates with management
7. Quality Control
• Ensure training quality and student satisfaction
• Handle student issues and escalations effectively
• Maintain institute reputation and service standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
• 4+ years experience in Training Institute / EdTech / Operations
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Good communication skills (English + Hindi / Gujarati preferred)
• Experience in student handling and team coordination
• Knowledge of CRM, Excel, and reporting tools
Preferred Experience
• Experience in IT Training Institute / Skill Development / Placement Agency
• Understanding of placement process and HR coordination
• Experience managing batches, trainers, and student flow
