Job Description:
Kretoss Technology is looking for an enthusiastic Jr. HR Executive to support recruitment and day-to-day HR operations. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and candidates with up to 6 months of experience to start their career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in recruitment and candidate sourcing activities
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
• Support onboarding and employee documentation processes
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Handle attendance and leave records
• Assist in employee engagement and HR initiatives
• Prepare HR reports and documentation
• Coordinate with different departments for HR-related activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Support daily administrative and HR operations
