Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office
• Serve tea, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors
• Handle documents, files, and photocopying tasks
• Assist with courier and delivery-related activities
• Manage office supplies and stationery requirements
• Support staff with routine office tasks
• Ensure meeting rooms are arranged and maintained
• Assist in loading and unloading office materials when required
• Perform errands and other support duties as assigned
• Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
