Job Description:
Jinora Ethnic is looking for a dedicated Account Officer to manage financial transactions, maintain records, and support daily accounting operations. The candidate should have a good understanding of accounting principles and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily accounting entries and financial transactions
• Maintain sales and purchase records
• Prepare invoices and financial documents
• Handle bank reconciliation and ledger accounts
• Process payments and receipts accurately
• Assist in preparing financial reports and statements
• Maintain proper documentation and accounting records
• Monitor outstanding payments and receivables
• Support month-end closing activities
• Ensure compliance with accounting procedures and policies
Required Skills:
• Accounting Fundamentals
• Bookkeeping and Ledger Management
• Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Financial Reporting and Analysis
• Tally ERP and Accounting Software
• Bank Reconciliation
• MS Excel and Data Management
Eligibility:
• B.Com / Commerce Graduate Preferred
• 1 Year of Experience
• Strong accounting and financial management skills required
