• Perform data entry and maintain records accurately
• Manage documents, files, and office records
• Handle emails and internal correspondence
• Prepare reports using MS Office applications
• Coordinate with different departments for smooth operations
• Maintain databases and update information regularly
• Assist in administrative and operational tasks
• Ensure proper documentation and record keeping
• Support day-to-day office activities
• Maintain confidentiality of company information
