Job Description:
Manektech is looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst to gather business requirements, analyze processes, and bridge the gap between clients and development teams. The candidate should have strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Gather and analyze business requirements from clients and stakeholders
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and functional specifications
• Conduct market and competitor research
• Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities
• Coordinate with development and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Facilitate meetings, discussions, and requirement workshops
• Create process flows, user stories, and use cases
• Monitor project requirements and scope changes
• Prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation
• Ensure successful delivery of business solutions
