Job Title: Telecaller Executive
Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, confidence in handling customer conversations, and the ability to generate leads and support sales activities through outbound and inbound calls. Telecallers typically engage potential and existing customers, explain products/services, follow up on leads, and maintain customer records.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Any Graduate or Undergraduate can apply
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and local languages
• Strong interpersonal and customer handling skills
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency
• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
• Good persuasion and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services
• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM/database
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets
• Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team when required
• Resolve customer queries and escalate issues when necessary
• Maintain professional relationships with customers and prospects
• Prepare call reports and update lead status regularly
• Support sales and business development activities through telecalling efforts
