Job Description:
Pooja Diamond Group of Companies is looking for a CRM Manager & Executive to manage customer relationships, maintain customer databases, and ensure excellent customer service. The candidate should have strong communication skills and experience in customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain customer relationship databases
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely support
• Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Track customer feedback and resolve issues effectively
• Manage lead tracking and customer retention activities
• Generate CRM reports and performance updates
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement
Required Skills:
• Strong communication and customer relationship management skills
• Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM
• Lead management and customer follow-up abilities
• Customer retention and relationship-building skills
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Data analysis and report preparation skills
• MS Office proficiency, especially Excel
• Teamwork and coordination abilities
Eligibility Criteria:
• Graduate qualification required
• Minimum 2 Years of experience in CRM or customer service roles
• Good communication and client-handling skills preferred
