Job Description:

Rachna Enterprise is looking for an Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting activities, maintain financial records, and support billing and taxation processes. The candidate should have good accounting knowledge and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain daily accounting and bookkeeping records
• Prepare invoices and manage billing activities
• Handle GST, taxation, and bank reconciliation processes
• Maintain financial reports and account statements
• Perform data entry and documentation work accurately
• Follow up on payments and maintain transaction records
• Coordinate with clients and internal departments
• Support audit and financial reporting activities
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial data

Required Skills:
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping
• Experience with Tally, GST, and accounting software
• Ability to prepare invoices and billing records
• Knowledge of bank reconciliation and taxation procedures
• MS Excel and computer proficiency
• Attention to detail and analytical thinking abilities
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Time management and organizational abilities

• Minimum 1 Year of experience in accounting work
