• Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Handle employee engagement and retention activities
• Manage onboarding and performance evaluation processes
• Supervise payroll, attendance, and HR documentation
• Resolve employee relations and HR-related issues
• Coordinate with management and department teams
• Prepare HR reports and workforce planning strategies
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
• Lead and mentor the HR team
