Job Description:
Vrinsoft Technology Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced MERN Stack Team Lead to manage development teams, design scalable web applications, and lead full-stack development projects using the MERN stack. The candidate should have strong technical expertise along with leadership and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the MERN development team
• Design and develop scalable web applications
• Build responsive frontend interfaces using React.js
• Develop backend APIs using Node.js and Express.js
• Manage MongoDB databases
• Review code and mentor team members
• Optimize application performance
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams
• Ensure project quality and timely delivery
• Maintain technical documentation and architecture

Eligibility:
