Job Description:
ITLION – Software Company is looking for a Sales / Telecaller Executive to handle client communication, generate leads, and support sales activities. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to manage customer interactions professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
• Generate leads and follow up with potential clients
• Explain company products and services to customers
• Maintain customer relationships and provide support
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Maintain call records and sales reports
• Coordinate with the sales and support team
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
• Support business development and promotional activities
Required Skills:
• Strong communication and convincing abilities
• Experience in telecalling and sales activities
• Lead generation and follow-up skills
• Customer relationship management abilities
• Good negotiation and presentation skills
• Basic computer and MS Office knowledge
