Job Description
SpryBit is looking for an experienced and dynamic Shopify Team Lead to lead our eCommerce development team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Shopify development, team management, project delivery, and client communication. You will be responsible for overseeing Shopify projects, mentoring developers, and ensuring high-quality solutions for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Shopify development team
Design, develop, and maintain custom Shopify stores
Manage project timelines and ensure on-time delivery
Review code and maintain development standards
Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements
Develop and customize Shopify themes and apps
Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and shipping solutions
Optimize store performance, speed, and scalability
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions
Mentor junior and mid-level developers
Coordinate with QA, UI/UX, and project management teams
Required Skills
Strong expertise in Shopify and Shopify Plus
Proficiency in Liquid, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
Experience in Shopify custom theme development
Strong knowledge of Shopify app integrations
Experience with REST APIs and GraphQL
Familiarity with version control systems like Git
Knowledge of performance optimization techniques
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
Minimum 8 years of Shopify development experience
