Job Description
Vrinsoft Technology is looking for an experienced and dynamic MERN Stack Team Lead to join the development team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js along with proven experience in leading development teams and delivering scalable web applications.
The candidate will be responsible for managing projects, guiding developers, maintaining coding standards, and ensuring timely project delivery with high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the MERN Stack development team
• Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services
• Coordinate with clients, designers, and developers for project execution
• Review code and maintain development standards and best practices
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions
• Manage project timelines and ensure on-time delivery
• Mentor junior developers and support team growth
• Optimize application performance and database efficiency
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends
Required Skills
• Strong expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
• Experience in team handling and project management
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and API integration
• Understanding of database design and optimization
• Experience with Git and version control systems
• Knowledge of cloud deployment and server management
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Eligibility
• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 5+ Years of relevant experience in MERN Stack development
• Previous team lead experience preferred
