Job Description:

Shine Infosoft is looking for an experienced Python AI/ML Developer to build and implement AI-powered solutions and machine learning models. The candidate should have strong expertise in Python, AI/ML frameworks, and data-driven application development.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop AI and Machine Learning applications using Python
• Build, train, and optimize ML models
• Work on Deep Learning, NLP, or Computer Vision projects
• Perform data preprocessing and data analysis
• Integrate AI/ML models into web or mobile applications
• Develop REST APIs and backend functionalities
• Collaborate with development and data science teams
• Debug, test, and improve model performance
• Maintain project documentation and code quality
• Stay updated with the latest AI/ML technologies and trends

Required Skills:
• Strong knowledge of Python programming
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Pandas, and NumPy
• Understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning concepts
• Knowledge of NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI
• Experience with REST API development and integration
• Familiarity with MySQL or MongoDB databases
• Understanding of model training and optimization techniques
• Knowledge of Git and version control systems
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
