ARHAM SOLUTIONS is looking for a Telecaller / Back Office Executive to handle customer communication, maintain records, and support daily administrative operations. The role involves telecalling, data management, and coordination activities in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
Maintain records, reports, and customer data
Perform data entry and back-office operations
Coordinate with clients and internal teams
Follow up with customers and respond to inquiries
Manage emails and office documentation
Support day-to-day administrative activities
Ensure timely and accurate task completion
Required Skills
Good communication and speaking skills
Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email handling
Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls
Customer handling and follow-up skills
Good coordination and multitasking ability
Time management and organizational skills
Eligibility Criteria
Female candidates preferred
Bachelor’s Degree
6 months to 1 year of experience preferred
