Job Overview
eSparkBiz is looking for a result-oriented SEO Executive who can drive organic growth and improve search engine rankings. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, along with strong analytical skills. You will be responsible for implementing SEO strategies, monitoring performance, and optimizing websites for better visibility and traffic.
Job Responsibilities
• Perform keyword research and competitor analysis to identify ranking opportunities
• Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and internal linking (on-page SEO)
• Execute off-page SEO strategies including link building, outreach, and directory submissions
• Conduct technical SEO audits (site speed, indexing, crawl errors, Core Web Vitals, etc.)
• Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console
• Track keyword rankings, traffic, and conversions; prepare SEO reports
• Collaborate with content, design, and development teams
• Implement SEO best practices for new and existing pages
• Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and industry trends
Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
• Experience with tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
• Understanding of keyword research, backlink strategies, and competitor analysis
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website structure
• Familiarity with Core Web Vitals and mobile optimization
• Experience in handling multiple projects and deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork
Eligibility Criteria
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Marketing, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in SEO
• Proven experience in improving website rankings and organic traffic
