Job Overview
Lucent Innovation is looking for a Shopify + Node.js Developer to build and maintain eCommerce solutions and backend systems. The role involves developing Shopify stores, creating custom apps, and integrating backend services using Node.js.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and customize stores on Shopify
• Build backend services using Node.js
• Create and maintain Shopify themes and custom apps
• Integrate APIs and third-party services
• Work with REST and GraphQL APIs
• Optimize website performance and scalability
• Troubleshoot and debug issues
• Collaborate with frontend, design, and QA teams
Required Skills
• Strong experience in Shopify development and customization
• Proficiency in Node.js and backend development
• Knowledge of Shopify Liquid templating
• Experience with databases like MongoDB or MySQL
• Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Experience with version control tools like Git
• Understanding of API integrations and payment gateways
• Problem-solving and debugging skills
Eligibility Criteria
• Bachelor Degree
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Shopify and Node.js development
• Experience in eCommerce projects preferred
