Job Responsibilities
For Tele Callers
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Explain company services and generate leads
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
Follow up with interested clients and maintain records
Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team
Maintain daily call reports and client data
For Team Leader
Manage and guide the telecalling team
Monitor daily performance and target achievement
Support team members in handling client conversations
Prepare reports and track team productivity
Ensure smooth workflow and quality customer service
Help improve calling strategies and lead conversion

Required Skills
Strong communication and convincing skills
Good client handling and follow-up abilities
Basic computer knowledge and MS Office familiarity
Positive attitude and team coordination skills
Leadership and problem-solving abilities for Team Leader role
Ability to work under targets and deadlines
Eligibility Criteria
12th Pass or Above
0 to 2 years of experience preferred
