Eximious Global Ltd. is looking for a dedicated Out of Hours Consultant to provide support during non-business hours. The role involves handling customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth operations outside regular working hours.
Job Responsibilities
• Handle customer queries via calls, emails, or chat during off-hours
• Provide timely and effective solutions to customer issues
• Monitor systems and report any incidents or concerns
• Maintain proper documentation of queries and resolutions
• Escalate complex issues to the concerned teams
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Follow company processes and service standards
• Work independently during night or flexible shifts
Required Skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle customers professionally
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools like Zendesk or Freshdesk
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work in flexible or night shifts
• Attention to detail and multitasking ability
