Overview
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee relations, and daily HR operations. The candidate will be responsible for supporting HR functions and ensuring smooth workforce management.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and interviewing
Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Handle onboarding and induction of new employees
Manage attendance, leave records, and HR reports
Support employee engagement and performance management activities
Address employee queries and maintain a positive work environment
Ensure compliance with company policies and HR practices

Education / Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
MBA in HR is preferred

Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment
Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to handle confidential information
Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools
Problem-solving and coordination abilities
