Rays TechServ is looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist to improve organic visibility, website traffic, and search engine rankings. The role involves on-page, technical, and off-page SEO activities, along with performance tracking and optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct keyword research and search intent analysis
Optimize website content, meta tags, and on-page elements
Perform technical SEO audits and fix SEO issues
Improve site speed, mobile usability, and Core Web Vitals
Execute off-page SEO and link-building strategies
Manage Google Search Console and GA4
Track keyword rankings, traffic, and conversions
Prepare SEO performance reports and insights
Stay updated with Google algorithm changes
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GSC, GA4)
Keyword research and competitor analysis skills
Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
Experience with content optimization and internal linking
Knowledge of local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization
Analytical and reporting skills
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate qualification
3+ years of hands-on SEO experience
Proven track record of improving organic rankings and traffic
Experience working on multiple websites or projects
Good communication and documentation skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
