Job Description
🔹 Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Associate to manage and support daily supply chain operations. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with vendors, tracking shipments, maintaining inventory, and ensuring smooth flow of goods.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain inventory levels
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and logistics teams
Track orders, shipments, and deliveries
Prepare and manage purchase orders and invoices
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods
Support warehouse operations (receiving, storage, dispatch)
Identify and resolve delays or supply issues
Communicate with internal teams for smooth workflow
🔹 Eligibility Criteria
Any Graduate (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, etc.)
Freshers or 0–2 years experience can apply
Basic knowledge of supply chain / logistics is an advantage
🔹 Required Skills
Basic MS Excel knowledge
Good communication skills
Time management and coordination skills
Problem-solving ability
Attention to detail
🔹 Salary
₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (depending on experience)
