We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Event Production Executive to plan, coordinate, and execute events successfully. The candidate will be responsible for managing event logistics, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring smooth event operations from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute events as per client requirements
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams
Manage event logistics including setup, equipment, and materials
Handle on-site event operations and ensure smooth execution
Prepare event budgets and track expenses
Ensure timelines and schedules are followed
Conduct site visits and oversee event arrangements
Troubleshoot issues during events and provide quick solutions
Maintain client relationships and ensure satisfaction
Prepare post-event reports and feedback analysis

Education / Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, or related field
Relevant experience in event production or coordination is preferred
