 Planning and installation of 750+ APs with fiber connectivity to each and maintain with all technical problems.  Working with all fibre network devices like OLT, ONU, ONT, Switches, SFP, Media Convertor.  Identify the UG/Arial cable related problem using Power meter, lesser & OTDR and resolve with team.  Working on daily OTRS Tickets and resolved them in given timeline.  Resolved Broadband connection issue with team to resolved customers issues.  Setup UPS with battery backup to minimize downtime.

 Daily Network Monitoring using NMS Apr 2018 — Sep 2020  Add/update/delete Network components as per project needs in NMS and SCG Controller.  Manage daily task and coordinate with vendor team to complete task in minimum time.  Replaced faulty or damaged network hardware components to improve performance.  Corrected network faults and malfunctions to restore connectivity to individual users and entire facilities.  Performed preventive maintenance of network hardware and other project equipment's.  Assisted customer and employees by explaining how to work and uses Services.  Configured network equipment's for installation and do testing after installment.  Resolving all Field side technical problems.  Coordinate with NOC team for site connectivity and provide remote support if required.  Planning and deployment of wireless AP with fibre connectivity to each.  Daily Network QA and Advised customers on use of services.
