Job Overview
Eximious Global Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Payroll Executive with 1–2 years of experience to support accurate and timely payroll processing while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. The role involves close coordination with HR and finance teams and maintaining strict confidentiality of payroll data.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end payroll processing for employees.
Calculate salaries, incentives, deductions, and reimbursements.
Ensure statutory compliance with PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and other regulations.
Maintain and update payroll records, employee data, and reports.
Coordinate with HR for attendance, leave, and employee changes.
Handle employee payroll-related queries professionally.
Support payroll audits and statutory filings.
Prepare monthly payroll reports and MIS data.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of payroll processing and salary structures.
Understanding of statutory compliances (PF, ESI, PT, TDS).
Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll/HRMS software.
Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Good coordination and communication skills.
Strong time-management and organizational abilities.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in Commerce, HR, Accounting, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in payroll or HR operations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
