Overview
We are looking for an experienced SEO Team Lead to manage and guide the SEO team in improving website visibility and search engine rankings. The candidate will be responsible for developing SEO strategies, overseeing optimization activities, and ensuring the successful execution of SEO campaigns to drive organic traffic and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings
Lead and manage the SEO team and assign tasks for ongoing projects
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
Optimize website content, meta tags, and technical SEO elements
Monitor website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms
Plan and execute on-page and off-page SEO activities
Track SEO campaign performance and prepare detailed reports
Collaborate with content, marketing, and development teams for SEO improvements
Stay updated with the latest search engine algorithms and SEO trends
Ensure all SEO practices follow search engine guidelines
Education / Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, IT, or related field
Certification in SEO or Digital Marketing is preferred
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs
Strong keyword research and content optimization skills
Ability to analyze website performance and SEO metrics
Leadership and team management skills
Good communication and reporting abilities
