Title: Development Officer
Overview
We are looking for a proactive and goal-oriented Development Officer to support the company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and assisting in the development of strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams to promote services, generate leads, and contribute to overall business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities to support company growth
Research potential clients, markets, and industry trends
Assist in creating and implementing business development strategies
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for campaigns and promotions
Prepare business proposals, presentations, and reports
Track leads, follow up with prospects, and maintain client databases
Participate in meetings, networking events, and business presentations
Monitor performance and provide regular updates to management
Education / Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Previous experience in business development, sales, or marketing is preferred
Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities
Good research and analytical skills
Ability to build professional relationships with clients
Proficiency in MS Office tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
