Overview
We are seeking a talented Android Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications for the Android platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable applications, ensuring optimal performance, and delivering a seamless user experience. The role requires collaboration with designers, backend developers, and other team members to create innovative mobile solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop advanced applications for the Android platform
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using Java or Kotlin
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces
Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services into mobile applications
Test, debug, and optimize applications to improve performance and reliability
Identify and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks
Maintain and improve existing Android applications
Work closely with backend developers and cross-functional teams
Stay updated with the latest Android development trends, tools, and technologies
Education / Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Relevant certifications in mobile application development are an advantage
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Java and/or Kotlin programming language
Experience with Android SDK and Android Studio
Understanding of RESTful APIs and third-party integrations
Familiarity with mobile UI/UX design principles
Knowledge of version control systems such as Git
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
