BestPeers is seeking a skilled and innovative AI/ML Engineer with 3–6 years of experience to design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI solutions. The role involves building predictive models, analyzing large datasets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex business problems.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI models.
Analyze and preprocess structured and unstructured data for modeling.
Implement deep learning models using frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Optimize model performance and maintain accuracy, scalability, and efficiency.
Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams.
Monitor deployed models and continuously improve performance.
Stay updated with the latest AI/ML trends, tools, and research.
Required Skills
Strong programming skills in Python, R, Java, or C++.
Expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modeling.
Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and visualization.
Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn.
Understanding of big data tools (Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Experience in model deployment using Flask, FastAPI, Docker, or MLOps pipelines.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, or related fields.
3–6 years of experience in AI/ML, data science, or related roles.
Proven experience with AI/ML projects and model deployment.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
