Title: HR Executive

Overview
We are looking for a dedicated HR Executive to manage and support various human resource functions within the organization. The HR Executive will be responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and ensuring smooth HR processes that contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, screening, and scheduling interviews
Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Handle onboarding and induction of new employees
Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
Manage employee attendance, leave records, and HR reports
Support employee engagement and retention initiatives
Address employee queries and maintain a positive work culture
Assist in performance management processes
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations

Education / Qualification
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
MBA in HR or HR certification is preferred

Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of recruitment and HR processes
Familiarity with HR software and MS Office tools
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
