Title: Senior Graphic Designer

Overview
We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead the design and visual communication efforts of the organization. The role involves creating high-quality visual content, guiding design projects, and ensuring brand consistency across all marketing and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Create innovative designs for digital and print media
Develop branding materials, marketing creatives, and promotional content
Lead design projects from concept to final delivery
Ensure brand consistency across all visual communications
Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams
Design social media creatives, advertisements, and campaign visuals
Review and improve designs created by junior designers
Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines
Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies
Maintain and organize design assets and brand guidelines

Education / Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
Professional design certification preferred

Required Skills
Strong expertise in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Knowledge of UI/UX design principles is an advantage
Experience with motion graphics or video editing tools is a plus
Strong creativity and visual storytelling skills
Attention to detail and strong layout skills
Ability to lead and mentor design teams
Good communication and collaboration skills
