Title: Accounts Executive
Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records. The role involves handling financial transactions, preparing reports, managing invoices, and supporting the finance department in maintaining proper accounting procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions
Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Reconcile bank statements and financial records
Assist in preparing financial reports and statements
Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance (if applicable)
Maintain proper documentation of financial records
Coordinate with internal departments and vendors regarding payments
Support audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards
Monitor expenses and assist in budget tracking
Education / Qualification
B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or related field
Knowledge of accounting software such as Tally preferred
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of accounting principles
Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software
Attention to detail and accuracy
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and coordination abilities
Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information
Corporate Responsibility
The Accounts Executive must ensure accurate financial reporting, maintain confidentiality of company financial data, follow accounting standards and company policies, and support transparent financial operations.
